The Fleet

Camsons extensive fleet consists of Truck and Dogs, Semi Trailers, and B Double configurations with the average age of the vehicles being less than four years. Our fleet consists of well-maintained up to date vehicles, which are fully maintained and serviced according to our maintenance program with the majority of our vehicles being garaged at our headquarters in Minchinbury.

Great lengths are taken to ensure that our equipment is of the highest quality. New vehicles are thoroughly investigated and specified when our replacement policy is enacted. All aspects from the Safety of drivers and fellow road users to the end facility are considered when purchasing vehicles

All Camsons Trucks are fitted with ground activated tarps as standard equipment. Camsons currently transport over 1.2 million tonnes of materials per annum.

We offer a 24-hour transport service six days a week. After hour’s arrangements can be made for Sundays and Public Holidays, should the need arise.

Camsons are able to utilise our resources to meet the changing demands of our customers, to achieve this we have introduced over 40 authorised sub-contractors supporting our fleet when demands require, allowing Camsons to provide efficient bulk haulage services and materials to our customers without compromising safety, punctuality, reliability or professionalism.

2. Maintain Dependability and Reliability.

All our vehicles are loaded in accordance with legal requirements. Documentation supporting any issues is maintained as per the requirements, and available for inspection, ensuring our customers are confident we maintain compliance under the current WH&S, EPA and RTA acts (NHVR, Mass, Maintenance, Fatigue) codes of practice and Chain of Responsibility.
